Persistent rain made conditions tricky for every driver during the British Grand Prix weekend at Silverstone, though Jolyon Palmer was able to set a great lap time in the poor conditions landing himself in P3 for Race 1 and kept position under poor visibility and slippery conditions making it to the podium in front of his home crowd.
